ADF CHEMICALS
ADF has several detergents and cleaning agents for use in degreasing and cleaning a variety of materials. Included are powders and liquid choices of similar products. All are low foaming and can be used in spray, dip and ultrasonic type cleaning. These materials are safe on steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, copper and other metals as well as rubber, plastics, glass and ceramics.

NEW PWC is a biodegradable, non-caustic, powdered detergent designed for use in ADF Parts Washers. While designed for ADF high pressure parts washers, this high quality detergent may be used in all types of parts washing equipment. This alkaline detergent contains a unique blend of surfactants that provide a low foaming cleaner that is very effective in removing grease, oil and other types of contamination. PWC includes an inhibitor for rust and corrosion prevention.
POWER CLEAN LD is a biodegradable, non-caustic, phosphate free liquid detergent designed for use in ADF Parts Washers. While designed for use in ADF high pressure systems, this product may also be used in all types of parts washing equipment. It will provide excellent cleaning in low pressure spray systems, ultrasonic and dip tank operations. Power Clean LD has been formulated to be very effective in removing grease, oil, water soluble coolants, drawing compounds, lapping compounds and other types of contamination associated with parts washing applications Power Clean LD contains an inhibitor for rust and corrosion prevention.
PC EXTRA is a biodegradable, non-caustic, powdered detergent designed for use in ADF Parts Washers. This alkaline detergent contains a unique blend of surfactants that provide a low foaming cleaner that is very effective in removing grease, oil and other types of contamination. It contains an inhibitor to provide in-process protection of steel parts and inhibit darkening of brass parts.
NUTRACLEAN 9 is a biodegradable, non-toxic, liquid detergent designed for use in all aqueous parts washing equipment. It is a low pH product, and contains no ingredients considered to be hazardous by OSHA and no ingredients reportable under SARA TITLE III It is formulated for use in cleaning oils, water soluble coolants, and other lubricants from newly manufactured parts and also for the cleaning of processing equipment, such as in the food, pharmaceutical and other types of processing equipment. While not specifically designed for removing heavy greases, lapping compounds, drawing compounds and buffing compounds, mixed at the highly concentrated levels, Nutraclean 9 may be effective.
RINSE CLEAN is a liquid product designed for use in aqueous parts washing applications. It's primary purpose is to help reduce spotting and streaking on parts following wash cycles. One way this may be accomplished is by adding small amounts of Rinse Clean to the detergent or wash tank in the parts washer. For more critical applications where a rinse cycle is available, Rinse Clean may be incorporated into the rinse stream to provide better sheeting ofthe solution. For very light cleaning Rinse Clean may also be used as the wash detergent.
RUST INHIBITOR is a product designed to enhance rust inhibiting qualities in aqueous washing applications. It may be used by adding to alkaline cleaners or in a separate rust inhibiting stage. In addition to parts washing applications, this product may also be used as a rust inhibiting additive in vibrating finishing applications, either during the deburring cycle or as a final rinse.
CARBON REMOVER was developed as a result of a need to clean carbon from aluminum engine parts in an aerospace application. ADF responded to the need and has since found that Carbon Remover is very effective in rebuilding applications for removing carbon from engine parts. It is also effective for cleaning grease and oils, and therefore makes a very versatile cleaner in all types of rebuilding operations. The product is very low foaming and can be used in spray or dip-type cleaning equipment. It is safe on a variety of metals such as cast iron, stainless steel, brass, aluminum and others, as well as rubber, plastics and glass. It contains a rust inhibitor to provide in-process protection ofsteel parts and to inhibit darkening of brass parts.
